Panasonic announced what it claims are the first PTZ cameras with a global shutter. Both the AW-UE200 and outdoor-rated AW-UER200 are built around a 1.2-inch 5K MOS sensor that oversamples for a 4K output, eliminating rolling shutter artifacts common in live event and broadcast environments.
